NOTE: -I 1) The Candidates should write new Q.P Code (Question Paper Code) shown in bold numerical letter 2) The Candidates are informed to follow the instructions printed on the Answer Book & Admission Ticket. Carrying cell phones inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. 3) For any reason if the Government unexpectedly declares a holiday on a day on which the examination is already fixed, the examination shall be held as usual unless and otherwise informed by the Registrar (Evaluation)

Note: -II Theory Examinations: 1) As far as possible, the examinations have been scheduled continuously for each semester (including Practicals & Entry-level Examinations), so that a student can finish his/her examinations in one stretch. 2) The time table has also been fixed so that there is no clash between a semester and the preceeding one. Therefore the students having backlogs can conveniently write the examinations. 3) In case of backlogs of more than one semester, students may have to write two
examinations in a day, one in the morning session and the other in the afternoon session. 4) The examinations have been planned & optimized so that there is equitable strength on all days to the extent possible and also to complete the entire examinations in a minimum number of days. Practical Examinations: 1) Practical Examinations will be held at selected Study Centres in the City where Theory Examinations are held. Details of Batches & Place of Practical Examinations will be announced on the websites: www.uetb.org/www.kuvempuuniversitydde.org, in the due course. 2) The Centres for Project Examination of M.Sc.(IT)–IV Semester will also be announced on the websites: www.uetb.org / www.kuvempuuniversitydde.org, in due course. 3) Repeaters will have to take their examinations along with the other students of their Study Centre in a separate batch at the same examination centre regular students of their study centres. 4) The study centre heads are permitted to make internal changes in the batches, to avoid any clash in the examination for the students.
