In the case of Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Indian Evidence Act, Candidates are allowed to use only the Bare Acts (Any Publication) wherever the examination is “with books”. In the case of Medical Jurisprudence, candidates are allowed to use only J.P. Modi’s Medical Jurisprudence and Toxicology for India. No test books for the subject other than those mentioned above or other books containing notes or commentaries and guides, digests, summaries etc. will allowed for reference in the Examination.
